If you book a twin room for just one person, the room is entirely absolutely yours. However, the second bed and mattress will remain in the room, but it will not be made. the host is good but the staff is better, location is so good that most offices are 15-20 away by cab I recommend to people who are traveling for office visits to book it without any second thought but book well in advance to better price
